When you look to your left, look to your right, should it be to front or the back. Whether it’s up and down, you can see people with problems, people who cry silently but they never shows it. People who wished life was much simpler. People who pray every night to have a perfect life. But note that no one is perfect, everybody has their own flaws in life. Every body is trying to build up a foundation for themself. Not to get hurt when there is a thunder during the rainy days.

Do you know how Dato Sri Najib, our prime minister has been implementing us Malaysians to follow the concept 1Malaysia. Well I’m proud to tell you that we Betanians proudly follow through that concept. We are proud to say that we believe in a multiracial class, a multiracial country and a multiracial relationships. In Beta, we are all the same inside, but in the outside, we come from different kinds of colours, races and religion. Though we have different kind of ways to communicate, we always come along under the English language. We do not believe in what is known as racism, and a one racial community. :)
And under one language, we communicate with each other, we help each other and we laugh together. Though we may disagree with each other sometimes, but by the terms, “I’m sorry” we always manage to get through almost every disagreement. and when we are at our most sour moments, when we tend to cry, there’s always the term, “Here’s my shoulder and it comes with a cleaning bill” which strengthen the bond between individuals. And after school, how often can we find a community that obeys the 1Malaysia concept? How often can we find a few different colours coming along together talking about life? This is one of the advantages of going to school. Beside making new friends, we can also mix around with different kinds of people, learn new different things, and maybe learn to speak in different language. so I believe that besides learning the school subject, learning to see and feel other people is also one of the reason we come to school.
See, what I am trying to say here is, Beta practice a 1 family concept. we do not believe in abandoning 1 person just because they are different from us. We believe that everyone is equal and deserve an equal treatment from each other. When one of us is hurt, all of us feels it. Beta is 1Class, 1Family, and 1Gaporian. :)
In Beta, we lent our shoulders to each other, and we share our moments together. We are a family and nothing can ever change that. not even when we have our own family. we will always remember the times when we are together because nothing is more unforgettable than a memorable time together :)

During English period, Madam Flowrese asked us to go down from class and act out the scenes from the novel, The Curse beside the hall. After all that is done, she told us all to go under the foyer, and I took two chairs and put them there. Then she called Kevin and Kai Lun and asked them to act one of the scene x) then she’s like, 1, 2, 3, and they were like “but we don’t know how to do…” and we were all like,

It’s been a year plus we all sit together in one class. It’s been a year plus of experience, fun, joy and sadness. It’s been a year plus of everything and everything seems to never change. :)
In this post, I’m going to list down all the facts of this class, Betanians 10/11, where kids make things different everyday. This list is thought of by the Beta’s late last night so therefore the first fact about us is that we value teamwork. And whatever it is, we’ll get it done no matter how long it takes us. Hey, we’re just teenagers, we procrastinate too. :P because of that, we won the first place in the inter-class sketch competition, and the 4th place in the inter-class debate competition.
The second one, and the one I bet everyone agreed on is that we are noisy and the loudness from the class is approximately to a strike of thunder :P like I say previously, when we open our mouth, there’s no telling when we will stop. we are both crazy and happy at the same time. Even if one of us is sad of personal things, the moment they enter the class, the sadness is gone and is overtaken by the joy. It’s a must cause one could not stand to be sad in Beta :)
The third one is, we’re hyperactive. Not only do we talk a lot, but we also move a lot. For example when there is no teacher around, Sie Tak and Harry would breakdance at the back of the class. Altogether, we can be said that we are like kindy children. we are naughty and we are noisy too! :)
The fourth one would be, whenever our class teacher enters the class, we would try ways to bully her. Not bully to make her piss though, but bully to make her laugh. Because when she laugh, she will make us laugh too. And the class would all go noisy, not because we aren’t being control but because we just love to laugh with her.
The fifth is, that we practice freedom of speech. We always, always speak what’s on our mind. Sorry. But we don’t care if we oppose the teacher, as long as we disagree, we will try ways to oppose. Therefore, in class we always debate with the teacher, especially with our Moral teacher. :)
The sixth fact. Do you know that we ever organize Beta Night and Beta Day? Beta Night was a bbq party held at Lim Hui Sze AKA Apek’s house and Beta Day was the day we get together to karaoke and watch movie. This two days are like a public holiday for us only it only works if your a Beta :D
The seventh fact is that we practice friendship. When a Beta is sad, another Beta or more Betas’ would come and comfort that sad Beta. They will hug each other and give comfort words. And after a while, that sad Beta is able to laugh again. We Betas’ can do anything for each other, whether it’s lending a hand or lending money or doing a favour, we’ll do it all.
The eighth fact is we love our English Teacher so much :) we love Madam Flowrese, and we can say it a thousand times. Not that we don’t love other teacher, but it’s because she is special. When there’s someone’s birthday, she would lead us in singing for the birthday Beta. She loves to give us outside activity which makes us work together and gain more fun experience like the blog homework, the movie making, the poster drawing, cave-ing etc. Altogether, we think she is AWESOME. :)
The ninth fact is, we hate to be shhhhht :D we just hate if someone ask us to shut-up and stuff –.-
And the last fact is that, WE LOVE EACH OTHER NO MATTER. ♥
Frankly we admit that whenever a teacher hears 5 Beta, they would sigh before entering our class. We’re partly sorry we can’t handle our mouth but we promised to make you guys proud one day.
Betanians class of 2010/2011 could be the naughtiest class with the naughtiest monitors and the naughtiest students. Even for the second pure science students we tend to act like 5 year old. It’s just who we are. :)
Here’s a slight introduction of the students and some of the photos below are taken straight from Facebook and some are taken by the class photographer, Kelvin Bejang. His name has been mention so let’s introduce him first.
He is the class most handsome boy. He has talents in photography and he’s also able to woe any girl that pass him. and thanks to him I have photos for this entry. :D
Now let me introduce the rest starting with the two bubbly class monitors.
Class monitor Jeremy Ryan. He’s funny and responsible.
Nurul Amanina Husna. Even funnier and she tends to make the class laugh sometimes especially during Sejarah period.
This is Adrian Lee. We have two adrians in class and the other adrian will be introduce later. For a timid boy like him, who knows what could be under his sleeves. And I don’t mean that literally. Just look at his muscles below !!

Cassandra Renee. The class shy girl. When she starts a work, though it maybe slow, but she’ll promise it done. She don’t look talkative, but don’t judge her by looks. She’s just her. :)
Chai Kai Lung. One of the class best b-boy dancer. :D he’s not easily angry but when he’s piss off who knows what he can do.
Harry Tan. He’s funny and talkative. He’s also naughty! He loves to sing and together with Kai Lung, they can make a concert. :)
There are two boys in this picture, but would only want to introduce the left one. Chan Lek Heng :) He’s currently a prefect and is very good at drawing. He’s talkative and clever at the same time.
The left one is Charlston and right one is Maximillian. Charlston together with his friends can accomplish almost anything when he puts his head to it. He loves to do weird things while Maximillian, or Max, son of a teacher in school, watch him. Max is clever in science subjects and he’s also quite annoying for his acts whenever he corrects people English. :D
Kelly Chang. Yea. He’s the same as Hillary. He has a cute name. fit together with his cuteself. :D He’s funny and could make anyone laugh when he makes faces.
Debbie Ting. She’s funny and the way she talk is cute. :D she’s clever in maths and add maths and I just love her perfect graph curve. Oh! she’s also the class athlete.
The class professor, Desmond Kho. Always gets praised by the teachers and always get bullied by me. Especially last year. :D well not bully bully, but bully.
Catherine on the left, and some girl with prefects uniform. Catherine is loud, funny and talkative. When she’s angry she’ll show you angry. She’s also not afraid to speak her mind!
Lim Hui Sze AKA Apek. Don’t know why her nickname is Apek and we’re so used to call her that. Whenever you want food, find her she might have a packet of cookies hidden. HAHA. Just joking, don’t eat her breakfast unless offered. She’s funny and she love to do lame jokes. She’s also a fast thinker and good to laugh with.
Nur Asyikin. She’ll be the one that will shhhhtsss us to ask us to keep quiet. Even the teachers be like, “Poor Asyikin need to shhhtt us” HAHAHAH :)
Nur Farhani. Professional Debater in BM. Together with Jasmine who knows what mischief they’ll do.
Hillary Goh. whenever a new teacher enter class, and whenever they call him to mark his attendances, they’ll be like, “Are you Hillary?” :D with his “I like your style” trademark he can make anyone smile.
Jasmine Goh. Another professional debater in BM. she’s always sick and we are always worrying about her. Hope she’s okay.
Jimmy Yii. One sentence, Never underestimate what this kid can do.
Joshua Jerry. Could be the shortest boy in class but is still tall. He’s loyal to his friends and for just his friends, he can do anything for them :)
In the attendance, her name is Lee Li Fei. But we prefer to call her Amy because it’s just cute and it fits her cute self. :D she soo talkative and she’s also soo clever in maths O.O
Kevin Liew. He’s the class Prince Charming. Helpful and stuff. But when he’s angry or piss, he’ll speak his mind.
Laura AKA mao. She’s the class cutie. She’s funny too! :D
Ignore the girl in the left and right and just focus on the one in the middle. Wee LiKar. Many would envy her fairness. She’s cute in her ways and though she may seem quiet, but trust me, she’s not. :)
Ling Sie Tak. Could be the most naughtiest boy and always gets aim by teachers in the class. He’s a b-boy dancer and would always show off his moves whenever he has the time for it.
Ng Chun Hua. Oh wait, Joshua isn’t the shortest, he is. Or maybe they’re the same. But anyways, this kid, even though he barely pay attention, but he always gets the good grades. Maybe it’s one of his talents.
Nicollette. She’s the class gorgeous girl. No kidding. Together with Laura and Oleezianna, they can talk till forever.
Oleezianna. Although she looks quiet. But she’s not especially around Nicollette and Laura.
And by here, I’ve realize that the class has many pokerface. They look quiet but they are not. HAHA
Olga. she’s addicted to her mirror, comb and blotter(the paper used to wipe oil from your face). and everyday, you can see her carrying a plastic bag to school containing burgers! she’s making business in the class. she could be the next world top businesswoman. who knows. :D
Radin. I like her smile cause it makes her look cute !
Ignore Harry the head and focus on the dark dude near the board. He’s Rodney. Is infamous for his funniness. He loves to do his squeaky voice which will make most of us laugh.
Ling Sie Siew. The quietest. But when she laughs, the whole class could hear it. :P
Syamsul. is famous for his expression whenever he says WHAT ?! :D
Sylvester. He may look like he doesn’t know much, but he does. He’s clever and at the same time talkative too. but when he talks, nobody could hear it. D:
The whole purpose of this picture is just to focus on Keith. The guy who close his eyes doing peace with his mouth wide open. :D he’s funny and is great in guitars. Famous for speaking what’s on his mind and also his English is soooo nobody-could-understand-unless-we-read-Oxford-dictionary. Maybe he gets it from his mom, our English teacher. :)
His name in the attendance list is Soon Wai Keong but we prefer to call him Tommy. His shorty number 3, but when he speaks the whole class can hear. He got a talent in photoshopping or editing photos and also in computers and stunts. O.O he has so many talents. HAHA always tries to help the teachers when it comes to computers and IT stuff.
Yeo Choon Zon. He’s clever and talkative. :D
Yang Liang Ying. Could be the 2nd naughtiest boy in class. Together with Sie Tak, he always gets in trouble with the teachers. HAHA
Main reason of this photo here is to show Voon Ying Kiang and Adrian Leornardo whom I failed to find their individuals photos. T.T Seated behind Desmond on the left that’s Voon Ying Kian. The clever girl in class. and is look up by most teachers. And is also know as “Da Jie” in chinese and in English it means “Big Sister”. This comes to show how she’s respected by others. As for Adrian Leornardo, seated behind Max on the right, he’s just him. Talkative and funny. :)
Altogether Beta 10/11 is a wonderful class to be in. We’re joyful, we love to laugh and we talk about anything. And when we start to open our mouth, there’s not telling when we’ll stop. We’re naughty and most of us are pokerface. We may look quiet, but actually we’re not. Cause we’re Betanians.
And while writing this blog for the blog competition, I’ve realized how lucky I am to be in this class. To be laughing with them. No matter where we’re seated, far or near, we’ll still laugh together. That’s just how Beta acts.
Who am I you ask? Well, simple. I’m the only one without an introduction. :) can you guess? HAHA
I’m the naughtiest prefect in the class. Famous for her talkativeness. And when I’m with my friends, I can laugh like there’s no tomorrow. I’m Priscilla Tawie. :) and welcome to the land where I’ll share most about Beta 10/11 :)
